To help you reduce or quit smoking, we need to know the reasons you light up.
To help you become smoke free, we need to understand
- What motivates you to smoke.
To answer this question, I want you to write down the reason you have lit up each time you do so over the next three days. This will help us direct you to the Neuro Stimulation Sound Therapy program that offers you the best opportunity to be successful in your smoking cessation program.
Please do not be vague in your answer.
Some of the questions you want to ask yourself is;
- What were you feeling when you had the urge to light up ?
- What was the most compelling, motivating factor directing you to light up ?
- How long were you able to resist the urge to light up before you followed through and actually lit up ?
